WELCOME TO TSI GLOBAL CONSULTING

Founded in 1996, we are a management consultancy specialized in assisting small and medium-sized manufacturers and exporters to ensure compliance with US Export Regulations and to develop opportunities emerging out of bilateral and multilateral international trade and tariff policies.

Our services include advising on, drafting and filing applications for U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security “dual-use” export licenses, providing our clients with in-house license determinations through interpretation of various sections of the US Export Administration Regulations (15 CFR Parts 730-774), advising on eligibility for use of Part 740 license exceptions and related documentation requirements as well as drafting and filing commodity jurisdiction reviews for determining whether products are under the export regulatory and licensing jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of State or U.S. Department of Commerce. We also provide assistance in navigating US Customs regulations and guidance in understanding and ensuring compliance with other technical trade regulations.

Our Approach
Unlike other export compliance consultants and attorneys who have spent their entire careers in government or as advisers to industry, our consultative advice grows out of the background of our Managing Director Jonathan A. Fink which includes hands-on operational experience working in the import/export business as well as deep research skills and experience in interpreting complex government trade policies. Our key differentiator is that our advice comes from years of experience working in the operations of manufacturing enterprises. Not only do we know the Washington policy environment and how to navigate complex trade regulations, but we also can better respond to your unique compliance needs because at TSI Global Consulting our solutions are customized, organic, and rooted in a business perspective. We can say that with confidence because our senior consultant Jonathan A. Fink and his network of highly touted business advisers have over a quarter-century of experience working within the operational bowels and senior management of export-oriented manufacturing companies, both in the United States and abroad.
