Medical Device/OFAC Licensing

Worked on behalf of a New England based manufacturer of medical devices to draft and file a license with the U.S. Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) for export to a sanctioned country. We have also advised several companies on the changes and recent deregulation surrounding U.S. exports to Sudan and South Sudan.
