The Bureau of Industry and Security in conjunction with the International Trade Administration (ITA) has posted on it’s website an announcement to the trade community that they are experiencing significant delays in updating the Consolidated list search engine with new parties that have been added to various US government denied/restricted parties lists since April 21, 2025. For those companies that are running manual screens, in order to ensure screening includes denied/restricted parties that have been added since April 21st, BIS is recommending manually screening parties against each separate list noted below. The agency is working to resolve this matter and have the master Consolidated List Search Engine up and running with current latest updates as soon as possible.
